Health & Wellbeing Fair at Hackney Town Hall

The City & Hackney Covid Outreach Team is delighted with the success of the Health & Wellbeing Fair held on 17th January 2025 at Hackney Town Hall. In collaboration with Homerton University Hospital, the event provided essential services to support residents during the winter months, including mental health support, financial advice, wellness checks, and Covid & flu vaccinations.
The fair was a fantastic opportunity to connect the community with vital resources and tackle health inequalities. We’re proud of the positive impact and look forward to continuing to support the health and wellbeing of our borough.

Another Amazing Year at Hackney Moves!

Richmond Road Medical Centre was proud to support the Hackney Half Marathon for the third year running on 17th and 18th May. It was a fantastic weekend full of energy, community spirit, and a shared celebration of health and wellbeing.

We were especially proud to have three of our very own Richmond Road staff take on the challenge and run the race, an inspiring show of dedication and team spirit!

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand for games, prizes, free health checks, and friendly chats with our team. Whether you ran, cheered, or simply soaked up the atmosphere, it was wonderful to see you!

Here’s to another successful year at Hackney Moves. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
